A reminder for our regional championships this weekend. Golf Canada Rules will be used unless special playing rules are put forth by the NBIAA. A rule regarding course marshalls was introduced in 2022 and is outlined below. This rule must be followed by all tournament organizers.

8. “Attending coaches would be responsible to act as course marshals, as directed by the host – minimum of one adult per group.”
    Each group needs an adult with them to help with any rule application.  The adult will need to keep scores on their own scorecard to verify with the players after each hole.  The players are still required to keep their own card that they traded with another player in their group.  The adult will not give any advice/coaching in any way but will provide options when the player has questions or is unsure how to handle a situation.
